Sometimes it’s almost a desperate need to try and convince people of how bad you’re feeling or to make them understand what chronic illness is like. There’s always a little bit of doubt, like do they actually believe what you’re telling them or are they just trying to placate you. Sometimes you just want to grab people and throttle them until they actually get what you’re trying to tell them.
